Our knowledge and application of procedure writing, compliance, risk and Standards is well developed. We can also help you conduct internal audits and prepare an internal audit report.

Ross Hutchings (Cert. Q.A.A., IQA International Register of Certified Auditors)
Ross founded the business in 1991. He has extensive experience in assisting manufacturing, building, supply, trade, design, and professional clients. He is the senior project manager for the company, directing programs in document design, quality, safety and environmental compliance, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Neville Scott (Cert. Mech. Eng.)
Neville has both technical and administrative experience in various industries including heavy manufacturing, design, marine drafting, concrete & soil testing, construction, contracting, concrete, quarrying, transport and pest control. He is experienced in the design, implementation, Certification management and maintenance of management systems for large and small businesses. He is our SiteMap specialist.

Senior Quality, Safety & Environment Consultant

Alan Clarke (B. Sc. [For.] OH & S Auditor, WHSO)
Alan manages quality and compliance programs for our high-risk clients in construction, trades, manufacturing and plant operation. He has extensive management experience in the Australian timber industry, and has been responsible for implementing management, safety and environment systems for the manufacturing and construction industry, and for subsequent outstanding improvement in efficiency and safety records.

Alan's background includes extensive travel inspecting forestry, saw milling and advanced processing operations in Europe, North America and Asia. Alan has held positions on many prominent boards and industry bodies, including Timber Industry Representative for the Environment Protection Council, and Founding Chairman of industry export body AAG. Alan is a qualified OHS Auditor.
